가상환경할 때 깔리는 python package list나, 캐시 등등 정말 쓰잘데기 없는거 깃헙에 올리지 않기 위해 

미니 플젝하다 팀원이 어디 인터넷에서 주워온 걸 내가 줍줍해서 올린다.
